Training

"I'v got this computer, but I dont know how to use it" or "how do I do that?", whichever your question, I will aim to help. I can provide one to one training to bring your computer skills upto scratch, theres no set lessons so you can learn what you want, when you want and because its one on one theres no need to put your hand up and wait for someone to come over, wasting your valuble time. Got a question, didnt quite understand something then just ask! I aim to make the experience best for you. So if you know nothing about computers and need to start from scratch or have a basic knowledge of computers I can offer training to suit your needs. I explain things in a way you can understand, no techno-babble to confuse you! I have a level 2 Diploma in CLAIT and several years experience from teaching myself. Data Recovery & Data Storage

"Ummm, my computer has just died... IV LOST ALL MY WORK/PICTURES/MUSIC/VIDEO" (delete as appropiate) I phrase which im sure many of you have said in the past, maybe with a few choice words added in! So what happens next! Well before I start diagnosing faults the first thing I will do is aim to recover as much of your data as possible, OK so it cant always be done but I recon I get about 99% of the data back 99% of the time! Once I have created that it will remain on backup for three months, pending your approval of course, so that should it go wrong again you have that peace of mind that there is still a copy somewhere!

If you would like your data to be stored for longer, Just ask! Its not a problem, For a small charge we can negotiate a time period be it from a couple of months to a few years, whichever suits your needs best, I can also place your data onto another media like a DVD or another Hard drive for a small cost.
